1. Shipping?
FREE SHIPPING !!!!!! Items will be shipped same or next day and will take 2-3 delivery time in a US Postal Service marked box.

2. Returns/ exchanges?
PipeMagic.com Stands behind all products and will Replace with an identical any product that is damaged . All you have to do is notify me if there is anything wrong with the product and send it back within 10 days of recieving it in order to get it replaced with a new one. I will pay for shipping of the second item that is sent out.

3. How do I order?
You must add products to your shopping cart and in order to check out you must have an account.

4. How do I register?
At the home page there is a link right under"Welcome to our Pipe Shop" or you can register when you are ready to checkout if you are a first time buyer.

5. How do I check out?
Once you have selected averything that you want and it is in your cart then you can check out. Once you confirm ,then you will be asked to provide a credit card number .

6. What kind of payment is accepted?
Right now Visa and Mastercard securely are accepted .

7. What shows up on my Credit card and PayPal statement>
