  • We provide you with a tracking number for your order
  • Due to cost concerns we only ship via regular postal service
  • All packages are shipped using plain unmarked padded envelopes or boxes
  • Your invoice and a copy of your order will be inside the box
  • Sometimes we might even throw in a free gift

Returns

Please note that all items returned must be confirmed by PipeMagic.com either by phone, fax, email or letter prior to shipping back to us.  Any returned items without PipeMagic.com prior approval will be sent back to you at your cost.  In no case will we assume responsibility for extra shipping charges such as Fed-Ex or other overnight or next day courier services.

General Conditions

To insure that we can provide you with a replacement in a timely manner it is essential that you help us by following the steps below.  Please note that for broken, damaged or otherwise flawed items that good quality high resolution photos are a must.  We’re sorry, but due to the fact some people would take advantage in order to get something for nothing, if we can’t see the problem to verify it we can’t help you.

Save Us and Save Yourself!

  • Please carefully read the product specifications prior to placing your order to be sure that the item is what you want.  We strive to offer bargain prices for your benefit.  Mistakes and extra shipping costs can ruin an otherwise great deal.
  • Unless the product is defective or an error was made by us, shipping charges are non-refundable.  Therefore we strongly recommend that you carefully check your order and selection prior to going through check out and finalizing your order.
  • We accept no responsibility for items or shipments confiscated by customs.  Make certain that you are well informed of the laws and regulations where you are having the item shipped to.
  • In no case will we assume responsibility for extra shipping charges such as Fed-Ex or other overnight or next day type courier services.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason you may do so at any time.  However, for a full refund (shipping and purchase) you must cancel your order prior to shipping (usually within 24 hours after the order is made).  Orders cancelled after shipping has been initiated will be subject to a re-stocking fee ($5.00 or 15% whichever is greater).  We will not refund shipping charges on cancelled orders after the order has shipped.  Therefore it is important that you carefully check your order and selection prior to going through check out and finalizing your order.

Exchanges

Once you have received your order, if you discover that you are not happy with your selection you may (within 10 days of receipt) exchange it for credit toward any other item we stock and the purchase price of your original item (less a re-stocking fee of $5.00 or 15%, whichever is greater) will be applied to the purchase of your new order.  Items returned for exchange must be in new and unused condition (factory seal intact if applicable) and preferably in the original shipping container.  However, we will not refund original shipping costs and you bear responsibility for return shipping costs and insurance.  We recommend insuring return items since they are your responsibility until we receive them.  Please note that our Returns policy also applies to Exchanges.

Faulty and/or Damaged Items

Manufacturing flaws and shipping damages are rare but we acknowledge that they can occur.  In order for us to provide you with a replacement in a timely manner it is essential that you help us by following the steps below.  Please note that good quality high resolution photos are a must.  We’re not trying to be difficult, but due to the fact that some people would take advantage and try to get something for nothing, we must be able to actually see the problem in order to help you.

 Broken or Shipping Damaged Items:

  • Please note that all returns for damaged or faulty items must be confirmed by PipeMagic.com either by phone, fax, *email or letter.  Any returned items without PipeMagic.com prior approval will be sent back to you at your cost.  *Note: email is the best contact option for faster service.
  • Upon receiving your package inspect it carefully prior to opening.  If the container appears damaged please take a clear high resolution photo.
  • After you open the package if you find that the contents are broken take a clear high resolution photo that clearly shows the damage.  If at all possible we need to be able to identify the item in the photo as the item on your order invoice.  We will not issue replacements for photos of broken glass if we cannot identify the item from some of the pieces.
  • Please do not return broken or shattered glass unless we specifically authorize you to do so in order for us to assess your damage claim.  We will not be responsible for any shipping costs for returned packages containing broken or shattered glass unless we pre-authorize it in which case we will provide you with a shipping label for that purpose.
  • Email your photos to [email protected] with your shipping and order information. We will quickly review your claim and process an order for a replacement at no additional cost to you. 

Flawed Items:
Even though we carefully inspect each item prior to shipping we recognize that occasionally some things get through our inspection.  We will only replace items that are clearly unused and damaged due to shipping or have an obvious flaw.  If there is a flaw that threatens the integrity of the piece or it appears as though it may not be safe for normal use we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you but we must be able to clearly see the problem.  Since the flaw obviously got through our initial inspection it is essential that you describe to us the flaw and its location so that we can verify it quickly and get your replacement shipped without delay.  For broken items please see Broken or Shipping Damaged Items (above).

  • In the case of flawed items please attempt to obtain a clear high resolution photograph first.  If you can clearly document the flaw with a photo then please follow the steps for Broken or Shipping Damaged Items.
  • If you cannot clearly document the flaw with a photo then contact us within 10 days of receipt at [email protected] and we will arrange for you to return the item.  In the return package you must include a copy of your original invoice and a description of the flaw and its location to help us verify your claim.
  • As soon as we can verify the flaw or defect we will immediately initiate shipment of a replacement item for your original order at no additional cost to you.
  • Please note that we process all claims in the order that we receive them.
