This Piece is an inline Bubbler . It has 7 holes in the stem at the bottom so that alows many tiny air bubbles to be created and this cools the smoke effectively. One of the nices pieces I have seen in a long time. Made by an American Glassblower from Oregon AKA Sheep Dawg.
